Raeesa Farooqi
Raeesa Farooqi is a business development & communications professional working in the settlement & integration sector. In the past, she has worked for the Calgary Society of Independent Filmmakers and Artifact Small Format Film Festival.

With degrees in Economics & Film Studies from the University of Calgary, Raeesa came up with the idea for PKP mostly so that she could work through her tumultuous love/hate relationship with Indian cinema (mostly love <3).

Other than films, Raeesa enjoys hiking, slinging cocktails, and candle-making. She is also a film photographer, regularly posting on MY FILMI LIFE.

Ankur Desai
Ankur Desai works for Calgary Technologies Inc. as a Multimedia Coordinator, and wants to works as an editor in the film & video industry.

He loves anything & everything related to cinema, and has a particular interest in the aesthetics, and history of cinema.
​
In his spare time Ankur enjoys reading books & comics, listening to music, and of course watching movies!
